Fabrication
Our in-house fabrication capabilities encompass complete solutions for both sheet metal and piping. Fabrication allows us to leverage the advantages of off-site production, helping expedite schedules, minimize on-site resources, improve quality, and promote worker safety. Our team looks for every opportunity to standardize and modularize in an effort to facilitate the best project execution possible.
We operate two separate full-service fabrication shops, one dedicated to sheet metal and the other to piping and plumbing. Both shops are conveniently located at our campus in Salt Lake City and outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our sheet metal fabrication shop is an 18,000-square-foot, SMACNA-compliant facility, offering the following services:
- Spiral ductwork (from 4-inch Ø to 48-inch Ø)
- Welded ductwork
- Round and square-to-round ductwork fittings
- Single wall/double wall/lined rectangular ductwork

Piping and Plumbing Fabrication
Our piping and plumbing shop is a 10,000-square-foot facility, capable of prefabricating all the systems we install. Our piping fabrication capabilities include:
- Commercial and industrial piping
- ½-inch Ø up to 24-inch Ø pipe
- Solvent welding
- Fusion welding
- Threaded connections
- Arc welding
- Brazed
- Soldered joints
- Pipe welding, including ASME certifications:
