We have invested significant resources into building a skilled workforce capable of meeting today’s complex mechanical challenges. Our team includes experienced estimators, engineers, designers, CAD and BIM operators, controls/automation specialists, energy and commissioning experts, sheet metal fabricators, plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians.

Our virtual construction team utilizes the latest in CAD and BIM software to prepare shop drawings for our fabrication assemblies. Before production begins, they coordinate extensively with our field personnel to help ensure accuracy and avoid rework.
We operate two fabrication shops that provide customized sheet metal and piping solutions, helping us stay on budget and meet fast-track schedules. Both shops are located at our campus in Salt Lake City to better serve local markets and projects.
Our team also strives to maintain consistent communication and transparency throughout projects. During preconstruction, we offer multiple system analyses for every project so that owners and stakeholders can make the best and most informed system selection for their needs. We employ skilled Project Managers who help keep work on track, and at project closeout, you can count on our commissioning team to incorporate stringent quality checks.
