As a value add, we offer complete in-house engineering and design-build capabilities. We can provide constructability reviews, which identify issues before they affect the budget. Throughout the process, we actively work to control costs and schedules, reduce administrative burdens, and improve risk management.
Our building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) team allows us to collaborate closely with our customers and their in-house or external design team. BIM connects design and construction teams, and this collaboration helps improve efficiency on all project types. Further, we operate two state-of-the-art, full-service fabrication shops, helping us further maximize the efficiency, quality, and value of our construction projects.
