CCI’s commissioning department is responsible for quality control, equipment start-up, testing and balancing, and commissioning. Our team prioritizes setting and enforcing the required level of quality early in the construction process by implementing progress inspections, performance testing, and issue tracking.
We employ a skilled team of certified commissioning and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) experts who are accredited by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB). They utilize state-of-the-art equipment, software, and techniques to deliver real-time insights into system performance. Our approach emphasizes structured commissioning protocols, covering a wide array of activities, including:

- Pre-functional check sheets
- Comprehensive functional testing of all complex mechanical systems
- Up-to-date construction issue logs and site observations
Additionally, we utilize a real-time, web-based program to track our progress on tasks like start-up, testing and balancing, commissioning, and automation. We also use it to manage all required documentation. This cutting-edge tool helps us provide complete transparency with the project team and promote accountability for our technicians in the field.
