Skytrac

Our team helped construct a new two-story, 107,500-square-foot manufacturing facility for Skytrac’s chairlifts, which includes additional office space. We provided design-build HVAC, plumbing, and temperature control systems on a fast-track schedule.

  • One rooftop unit – 40 tons of cooling
  • Three evaporative cooling units
  • Eight unit heaters
  • Compressed air system
  • Fifty-one plumbing fixtures 
  • Addressable direct digital controls (DDC) system 

Proctor & Gamble

CCI has completed numerous projects at Proctor & Gamble’s Corrine facility, including the original building construction in 2009. Since then, we have supported various utility and equipment installations; completed ductwork, piping, and plumbing installations for their production lines; and performed millwright work on their production equipment.

Hill Air Force Base (HAFB)

Sweets Candy Company

Malt-O-Meal

We served as the mechanical contractor for the construction of a new cereal plant, providing HVAC and pluming systems. The plant features three complete production lines across 225,000 square feet, as well as a 12,000-square-foot utility building and 62,000-square-foot warehouse. 

Our scope of work: 

  • Three custom de-humidification air handling units with air filtration – 27,000 total CFM
  • Three custom packaging area air handling units with air filtration – 49,500 total CFM
  • Four packaged air handling units
  • Seven custom make-up air units – 536,000 CFM with 16,343 MBH heating capacity
