We provided design-build services and complete plumbing and HVAC piping for this 136,000-square-foot, six-story office building with an accompanying parking garage. A cutting-edge variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system was installed to help ensure consistent cooling throughout the building.

Grove Tower

Thanksgiving Station Office Park

Our team provided mechanical engineering, as well as HVAC and plumbing systems, for this five-story Class A office building and accompanying parking structure. The facility covered 163,000 square feet and featured the latest in green building design.

For this LEED Silver office building, we provided complete mechanical engineering, HVAC, temperature controls, and plumbing solutions. The completed five-floor facility covered 141,000 square feet in total.

• One high-efficiency chiller – 340 tons 
• One high efficiency boiler – two-million BTUs
• Six pumps
• Five air handling units
• Two unit heaters

• Thirty lavatories
